· 12/9 Faith Feeding Freedom – Lunch Preparation 9:30 am at lodge
· 12/10 Kid’s Christmas Party 1 – 3 pm (bring any kids not just yours or grandkids)
· 12/10 Cookie Sale – sign up to purchase $5 plate – sign up at lodge
· 12/13 Americanism Essay Contest due – grades 5,6,7 & 8 (if interested I can send you more details. Not for just your children – AND information has been given to ALL schools in Berekely County
· 12/14 Initiation of members (INITIATION ONLY – no meeting)

· 12/18 Members Christmas Party (State President, Ken Kormandy, Will be in attendance). While a ticket isn’t necessary to attend we would like a rough head count to stop in and let them know you are coming (those that have already contacted me have been taken care of) Member & 1 guest only.

· 12/31 New Year’s Eve Dance $15/person- 8:30-12:30 – breakfast served – reserved seating – see bartender for tickets and table chart

· 2/6/23 Deadline for Legacy Scholarships (children/grandchildren Step child, step-grandchild or legal ward of DUES paying Elks)
· 2/11 Valentine Dance – details later
· Regarding scholarships: if you need more info ask me and I’ll get it to you
o Additional note: there is an Emergency Ed. Grant (children of deceased or totally disabled Elks– renewable 1 – up to $5000. Must demonstrate financial need – attend college or university full time – go to enf.elks.org/EEG for more info
